VRS is recruiting on behalf of a US-facing dispatch operations center based in Amman serving locksmith and home service brands across the United States.
You'll be the first voice a US customer hears when they're locked out of their car, their house or their business. The job mixes customer service, sales and coordination, and no two calls look the same.
What you'll do
- Answer inbound calls, texts and web leads from US customers
- Identify the service needed and collect accurate job details
- Enter and submit jobs in the dispatch system
- Dispatch field technicians and follow jobs through to completion
- Coordinate with technicians on payments, parts, cancellations and reschedules
- Document every call accurately
What we're looking for
- Fluent, confident English on the phone with a US accent-neutral delivery
- Strong communication and a sales instinct, you're converting calls into booked jobs
- Fast, accurate data entry while talking
- Comfortable working US hours, including shifts running past midnight
- Call center or customer service experience is a plus, not a must
What's on offer
- 650 JOD/month starting salary on morning shift
- +50 JOD/month for any shift running past 12:00 AM
- +100 JOD or more after a successful 3-month probation
- Social security registration after probation
- Paid 2-week training program before you handle calls on your own
- 8-hour shifts, on-site in Amman
- No prior locksmith knowledge needed. We train you.
